Online Consultations: For your convenience, consultations are available online via the Google Meet platform. No need to install any programs; a link will be sent to your email. Video camera functionality is essential to ensure a personalized and effective session. Online consultations are open to adults and teenagers (16 years and above).

In-Person Consultations: If you prefer face-to-face interaction, in-person consultations are available at E.Smiļģa street in Riga. A dedicated 45-minute session provides a safe space for exploration and support.

Consultation - Walk: Explore an alternative approach with a consultation-walk in Riga, Jurmala, or Olaine. Combine the benefits of nature and psychological insight in a 30-minute walk, offering a refreshing perspective.

Psychological Examinations: Upon the request of a doctor or another specialist, psychological examinations are available. The process, conducted in stages, allows for a comprehensive understanding (duration and pricing vary based on the type of research).
